Partner at Justen, Pereira, Oliveira & Talamini, co-heading the firm's Infrastructure and Arbitration practices. He has served as counsel, arbitrator, and expert witness in numerous international proceedings under ICDR, ICC, and CAM-CCBC rules, as well as domestic cases. He has authored over 100 articles and several books on arbitration.
